Paul A. Casi, IIPaul A. Casi, II

Paul A. Casi, II is an attorney with a long history of representing the injured and wronged in Kentucky. Since 1994, he has devoted his legal practice exclusively to personal injury law, helping individuals and families across the state who have been harmed due to negligence and wrongdoing. He has extensive experience with complex cases involving medical malpractice, birth injuries, and catastrophic injuries.

Paul A. Casi, II attended Vanderbilt University, receiving his B.A. in 1991. He then went on to the University of Louisville School of Law, graduating with his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, in 1994. He received the George M. Moss Award as the Valedictorian of his law school class.

Over the past 29 years, Paul A. Casi, II has gained significant recognition as an aggressive, effective litigator. He has been selected to the Kentucky Super Lawyers list , and he has been listed in the Best Lawyers in America from 2010-2024. He is AV-Rated by Martindale-Hubbell® and is also a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum® for obtaining million dollar and multi-million-dollar settlements and verdicts.

Paul is the proud father of three sons: Paul, David, and Mark. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Karen, their sons, their daughter-in-laws (Minhtran & Courtney), and their granddaughter (Audrey).He also enjoys traveling, camping, grilling out, fishing, tennis, swimming, reading, history, and live theater.
